Job Description / Responsibility
- Prepare and do auditing of construction work & submit report to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
- Check & audit the quality and quantity of the required construction materials.
- Check & audit and ensure optimum use of construction materials.
- Prepare report on usages of construction materials.
- Check, audit & verify the bill of the contractors.
- Should be able to check designs and take necessary step accordingly.
- Develop budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs.
- Any other job as required for successful implementation of projects.
- Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil work related drawing, architectural structural design is a must, including site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, finishing work and understanding, implementing large construction projects etc.
- Prepare complete BOQ & check time to time if variation takes place.
- Submit material requisition in advance to the proper authority.
- Conversant in AUTOCAD is a must.
