Job Description/ Responsibility

• Capable of independently looking after construction of Real Estate Projects. Sound knowledge in all types of buildings & Interiors design & drawing.
• Able to think a modern concept & make fine visual presentation on any 3D visualizer. Knowledge of material.
• Estimating, Scheduling, good understanding of details. Control a project from start to finish.
• Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications
• Specify the nature and quality of materials required
• Good experiences & knowledge in Real Estate is also appreciated to apply for the position of  Jr. Architect

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor/ Diploma in Architecture

Experience Requirements:

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Planning
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Architecture Firm/ Engineering Firms

Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 40 year(s)
• 5 to 7 year(s) - Dedicated are allowed to apply.
• Candidates should be willing to work in Dhaka if there is any Job assigned.
• Self-Motivated.
• Positive attitude.
• Organized & Discipline
• Candidate have capable to take classes for AutoCad and 3ds Max for Architect and Engineers.
• Knowledge in Rajuk drawing, Working drawing in AutoCAD Photo Realistic Rendering In 3DS Max Software
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Coral Draw Software

Job Location: Dhaka
Salary Range: Negotiable
